Engagement phase of the project can be described as a meet-and-greet session between the client and United Power Technologies personnel. During this phase, both parties get familiar with each other business models and processes; client's general needs are discussed and areas of collaboration are discovered; and key stakeholders along with time and budget constraints are identified.
