Estimate / Proposal phase of the PEF entails a review and analysis, on the part of United Power Technologies, of requirements collected during the Requirements / JAD phase. During this process, a client may be asked to clarify certain requirements. In turn, United Power Technologies will conceptualize the solution and estimate the cost of Design, Development, Testing and Implementation phases. A formal proposal is presented to the client upon completion of this phase.
