At United Power Technologies, we are determined to bring transparency and client inclusion into each and every service engagement. Our CAD conversion process follows the same underlying principles. From the time of submission of initial specifications and files, to work authorization, and finally to project approval, UPT Solution Managers remain in constant contact with our clients. They are here to ask for clarification of requirements, to answer clients' questions as they arise, and act as liaisons between the clients and the UPT Development Team. These project managers serve as one and only point of contact for their respective clients, thus allowing for maximum information sharing and gathering on behalf of the client.
